本會職業培訓中心提供 烘焙、咖啡飲調、中西餐飲技能等培訓，結合本會魚菜共生科技農業技術，採 From Farm to Table (從農場到餐桌）沈浸式教學，為安置兒少、受暴婦女及經濟弱勢學生打造實作的學習平台與資源。透過職能探索與養成，培育院生與住民的職場競爭力，以利更佳地適應與銜接未來職場生活。

Vocational Training Center offers training in baking, coffee brewing, and Chinese and Western culinary skills. Integrating our Aquaponics agricultural technology, we implement an immersive "From Farm to Table" teaching model.

This provides a practical learning platform and resources for our residents—including children and youth in placement, victims of domestic violence, and economically disadvantaged students.

Through vocational exploration and skill development, we cultivate the professional competitiveness of our residents, enabling them to better adapt to and transition into their future careers.

魚菜共生 是結合水產養殖與水耕植物栽培的互利共生循環系統。院生們學習播種、育苗、採摘與品嚐蔬果，輔以園藝治療撫慰心靈、療癒創傷，進而透過農漁業職能培訓，培育院生成為未來高科技農業人才。願 愛與善，如同 魚與菜 互利共生，在社會中創造出美好的生命循環。

Aquaponics is a mutually beneficial symbiotic system that combines aquaculture (fish farming) with hydroponic plant cultivation.

Our residents learn the processes of sowing, seedling raising, harvesting, and tasting fresh produce. This is complemented by horticultural therapy to soothe the soul and heal trauma. Furthermore, through agricultural and fishery vocational training, we prepare our residents to become future talents in high-tech agriculture.

We envision that love and kindness, much like the fish and the plants, will coexist in mutual benefit, creating a beautiful cycle of life within society.
